ProCórdoba is the public-private agency capable of offering the best and most innovative specialized tools and services to help companies, SMEs in particular, access foreign markets, promoting a strong export culture and attaining a sustainable export activity in the Province of Córdoba.

  • To facilitate the internationalization process of businesses, particularly small and midsize enterprises (SMEs).

Quality and Prestige

In order to guarantee the quality of the services provided, ProCórdoba's processes have been certified under IRAM ISO 9001 and IQNET (the International Certification Network). Besides, the Agency was honored with the Premio Fundación Export-Ar (Fundación Export-Ar Award) for its Support Services for Export Processes, both in 2007 and in 2011. In addition, the Agency is a founding member of the International Network for Regional Trade Promotion Organizations (RTPO), which it presided during 2009.

Scope of the Management System

ProCórdoba Agency has set up a management system which covers:

  • Main office:
    Design, development and execution of both outward and inward trade missions, as well as foreign trade events, seeking to promote the trade activities and internationalization of small and midsize enterprises (SMEs). 
  • Bolivia St. Office:
    Organization of events aimed at the institutional promotion of ProCórdoba Agency. Dissemination of information and provision of foreign trade technical assessment services.

In accordance with its Mission and Vision, ProCórdoba Agency undertakes to:

  • Satisfy all client and stakeholder requirements and regularly measure satisfaction achievement levels.
  • Research and understand client and stakeholder needs in order to stay ahead and duly satisfy expectations.
  • Enhance our staff competencies, material resources and Quality Management System, in order to ensure compliance with client requirements and exceed expectations to the greatest possible extent, while maintaining an appropriate balance between all stakeholders.
  • Ensure a Management System that is permanently active and up-to-date, as well as in compliance with ISO Standard 9001, currently in force.
  • Develop a quality culture which is shared by all the members of ProCórdoba Agency and main stakeholders.
